Note Before Purchase for a smooth checkout process:

Accuracy of Information: It's crucial that all your information provided during the purchase process is accurate and up to date. This includes:

  • Ensuring the correct zip code is entered for your card payment. If you do not enter the correct zip code, your payment will unfortunately be blocked by Stripe. Our payment system is sensitive to inaccuracies, and entering incorrect information may result in your payment being blocked by our payment processor.

  • A correct email that is not full or old needs to be provided, as all of our communication to you will be through that email. Please make sure it’s spelled correctly! Otherwise, you will not receive update emails from us regarding the event. If you are purchasing multiple tickets in one order, the 1st Ticket Holder (as indicated in the checkout form), will be sent the tickets one month prior to the event through the email provided in your checkout form, and you will be responsible for distributing those tickets to the members of your party.

Payment Processing:

You will know if your payment went through, and you secured your tickets, if you receive a confirmation email from us immediately after purchasing. If you do not, your payment was blocked for some reason (likely due to inaccurate zip code or other information entered incorrectly), and you will need to reattempt the purchase again, making sure to input all information accurately. Please check your spam folder before trying to purchase again for the confirmation email. Don’t worry if your ticket says “pending”, as it is not technically “fulfilled” until after you attend. If you received a confirmation email, you have your ticket(s) reserved.

A blocked payment may show up on your your card as pending, but rest assured that those funds will not be taken out of the account. The payment was blocked by our payment processor, and it is only showing the pending status temporarily. However, if there was somehow a mistake or extra purchase made, we would promptly refund that amount.
