  • Tickets are non-refundable due to the extensive preplanning and costs that go into the event before it takes place. However, the tickets are transferable. If you wish to transfer a ticket to someone else’s name, or hope to get on our waiting list for a ticket to be transferred to you, please email us and we will send you the transfer/waitlist form.

  • All attendees must be at least 16 years old by the day of the event. Attendees under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must sign a consent form at checkout.

  • Lodging and transportation is not included. However, we provide a detailed travel guide for guests, that includes public transportation options, parking information, etc. for each city that we have an event in.

  • Each of our Balls are themed, and guest are encouraged to dress within that theme. There is no such thing as “too much”! Our guests like to go all-out when it comesto their costumes. This is of course not required, and we only ask that you come in formal wear to the Ball. All other portions of the event are up to your discretion on what you’d like to wear and are most comfortable in.

  • Our venue, unfortunately, does not allow alcohol to be served on the premises. However, there are plenty of wonderful local bars and establishments not too far from the venue.

  • Due to copyright and trademark laws, we are not able to theme any events after any one book or series, without explicit authorization from the owners, unless they are in the public domain. In the future, we would love to hold more specifically themed events, and will continue to reach out to different authors and publishers for approval. An Austen Affair is, however, themed after Jane Austen and her books.

  • Book Bound will be following the guidelines of the CDC at the time of the event. Attendees are encouraged to be be up to date on vaccinations. Masks are welcome, but not required. All guests attending are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. These terms are subject to change, in accordance with the CDC.
